My name is Joseph Rukshan Fonseka. Currently I am working in the telecommunications industry as a software engineer for embedded systems or to be more specific writing software for the MMI (Man Machine Interface) of mobile phones.
I have experience in a variety of languages, mostly self learnt. These include Java, PHP, Perl and C. I am most proficient in C as that is the language I use often in my full-time position. In my spare time, I have developed a few websites, some for myself and others for small businesses or individuals.
I am always thinking up new ideas, ideas that will bring me financial freedom. It hasn’t happenned yet, but I am still trying!
I put up this blog so I can share some of my experiences and also write down things I have learnt so that this blog can become a reference for myself too.
